3、由于全球支付方式差异性，本站同时支持人工充值，需要客服人工提供收款账号及验证到账记录，响应速度相对自动充值较慢，如有需要请联系客服。
About Recharging/Refilling

The 5 arrays of characters connected with hyphen in between are the recharge card S/N: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
The single one array of characters is the recharge card CD-key: xxxxxxxxxx
3. Due to the differences in global payment methods, this site also supports manual recharging/refilling service, which requires our customer service staff to manually provide the user with our payment account and verify his receipt record. Though the speed of response is relatively slow compared to online automatic recharge, please contact customer service if you need it.

1、特别提醒！购卡后不要关闭之前的网页，要返回去等待网页自动刷新，会显示卡密。
2、如果没有显示卡密，请复制订单号，找不到订单号的，可以在自己的支付记录里查到。
3、复制订单号之后，可以在发卡网自助查询，就能查到自己的卡密。
4、充值购卡过程中遇到问题(如不能用等等…)，请联系客服。
5、如果添加QQ或skype后可能由于时差没有回应，可以把问题发送到客服邮箱。
6、加好友请一定备注你在网站的用户名和充值卡遇到的问题，不备注无法通过好友验证。

4. If you encounter problems during the process of recharging or purchasing recharge card (such as not able to use it, etc...), please contact customer service.
5. If there is noresponseafter adding QQ or Skype friends, it might be due to time difference and you can send your problem description to customer service Email box.
6. When addingthe customer service QQ or Skype as friends, please be sure to attach your username on our website and the problem you encountered with recharge card briefly, otherwise you may not pass the friend verification.
